Inspired by mosaic tiles, indoor/outdoor Vitreum, Latin for stained glass, is an awe-invoking geometric wonder. This 54″ width fabric is an energetic and vivid centerpiece to the Favorite Things Collection. Vitreum showcases the Design Studio’s brilliant color expertise in 6 fresh, jewel-toned colorways inspired by artist Karl Benjamin, including Santorini and Toscano Glass. A reimagined and updated graphic of past textile selections, Pinnacle and Majalis, this durable textile features an abrasion resistance of 100,000 Double Rubs (Wyzenbeek, Cotton Duck), bleach cleanability, bacterial resistance, and a PFAS-Free Stain Repellent finish. This readily useable textile easily coordinates with other fabrics creating dynamic design spaces for daily use poolside, common areas, or a rooftop bar. Vitreum has achieved GREENGUARD Gold Certification for low chemical emissions, helping improve air quality.

Vitreum uses 100% solution-dyed fibers. Solution-dyed yarns require less water and energy than package-dyed yarns. Additionally, Vitreum is 100% recyclable. A special take-back program exclusive to Sunbrella products reduces waste destined for landfills and gives the fabric a second life. Furthermore, The mill that manufactures Vitreum is both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified for quality and environmental systems management. Their facilities recycle all waste so it never reaches a landfill and the system is engineered to significantly reduces water use and waste water.
