With over 22 years of experience, Erwin heads the Corporate Real Estate Strategy and Administration team in DBS Bank, managing over 6 million square feet of retail branches, electronic banking lobbies, and offices globally. His past experience includes leading regional CRE teams in Citibank. He has a background of global expertise across all CRE key functions, spanning client occupier services and consultancy roles. He was the first from a Singapore company to serve on the Board of CoreNet Global between 2017 and 2020, the leading global association for the corporate real estate profession, after a term of appointment as the Chair of the CoreNet Global Singapore Chapter in 2016. He believes that CRE should focus on employee experience that delivers the most value to any company.
